Responsibilities
Help prepare and maintain project documents, requirements, meeting notes, user guides and progress reports
Organize project tasks, timelines and follow-ups with the team
Assist with website layouts, page content and responsive web design
Support basic front-end updates using HTML and CSS, with guidance
Review pages on desktop and mobile and report issues
Keep project files and documentation clear, accurate and up to date

What we are looking for
Currently studying or recently graduated in CSE, software, IT, design, business or a related area; motivated self-learners are welcome
Basic computer and internet skills, with confidence using documents and spreadsheets
Clear written communication in Bangla or English and careful attention to detail
Interest in project management, software and website design
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is helpful; JavaScript, Figma, Git or project tools are a plus, not required
Reliable, organized and willing to learn from feedback
